                                                August 25th – December 20th     

 

Spring Semester begins August 25th. Important dates, deadlines and links are for your convenience to help you get started and keep informed.

Make sure you have taken care of everything you need to before the start of the semester:
Tuition is due by August 4th– If you have not submitted a FAFSA or made payment arrangements you will be dropped from your courses.

Students who have submitted a FAFSA will have a hold placed on their courses and the courses will not be dropped. If financial aid is denied, students will need to self-pay or drop their courses.
Students are responsible for their course enrollment. Students must go online and drop any course they do not wish to take.
Students not eligible for financial aid and do not drop classes will be financially responsible.

**Students wanting to withdraw need to refer to the course schedule for individual course withdraw dates.**

 

August 18-29

Charge Books Against Financial Aid (In Store) Don't want to wait in long lines.  Order books online!

August 23  Fall Semester Saturday Classes Begins
August 25  Fall Semester Begins 
August 27-28  Book Buyback

Last Day to Drop with 100% Refund (Course Reductions are Withdrawals) 
Students are responsible for dropping the courses they  do not wish to take.

Be sure to check your E-services account every day  during the drop/add period to be sure your schedule is correct.

Students are financially and academically responsible for all courses they are registered for after September 1st.

August 30 - September 1 Labor Day Obeservance  (No Classes/College Closed) 
September 2  Final Drop for Non-Payment (Late Registration) 
September 8

Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 75% Refund 

Students must withdraw from all courses.

Full Semester Courses - Classes that run less than the full semester have an adjusted withdraw date; refer to individual notes on the online course schedule for each short-semester course withdraw date.

September 10  Last Day to Return Books for Refund (Excluding Late Starting Classes) 
September 12  Financial Aid Disbursement 
September 15 

Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 50% Refund

Students must withdraw from all courses.
