Thirty-nine Anoka-Ramsey Community College students received a $1,500 scholarship this spring semester through the Otto Bremer Foundation Finish Line Scholarship Program. Each student is also eligible for $500 for 2015 Summer Semester and another $1,500 for 2015 Fall Semester if each continues to meet program requirements.
