      • The more time you spend performing one particualr task, the greater the possibility you could experience an ergonomic related problem.  Figure out how to add a variety to your workday to reduce your risk of Musculoskeletel Disorders.
    • Healthy Eating
      • Wednesday December 9, 2015 from 2 - 3 p.m.
      • Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of foods you love.  Rather, it's about feeling great, having more energy, improving your outlook, and stabilizing your mood.  If you feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition and diet advice out there, your not alone.
