Fall Semester 2015

August 24 - December 18

Fall Semester begins August 24, 2015. Important dates, deadlines and links are for your convenience to help you get started and keep informed.

Make sure you have taken care of everything you need to before the start of the semester:

Tuition is due by August 3, 2015
- if you have not submitted a FAFSA or made payment arrangements you could be dropped from your courses.

Students who have submitted a FAFSA will have a hold placed on their courses and the courses should not be dropped. If financial aid is denied, students will need to self-pay or drop their courses.

Students are responsible for their course enrollment. Students must go online and drop any course they do not wish to take. Students not eligible for financial aid and do not drop their classes will be financially responsible.

***Student wanting to withdraw need to refer to the course schedule for individual course withdraw dates.**

Aug 17 - Sept 3  Charge Books Against Financial Aid (In-Store)
Aug 22  Fall Semester Saturday Classes Begin
Aug 24  Fall Semester Begins 
Aug 26-27 Book Buyback 
Aug 28  Grant Census (For Those Who Qualify; Must be Registered for Pell Eligibility)
Aug 28 Last Day to Drop with 100% Refund (Course Reductions are Withdrawals)
Aug 31 Final Drop for Non-Payment (Late Registration) 
Sept 4 Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 75% Refund 
Sept 7     Holiday (No Classes/College Closed
Sept 8 Last Day to Return Books for Refund (Excluding Late Start Classes) 
Sept 11 Financial Aid Disbursements of Overages 
Sept 14 Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 50% Refund 
Sept 21  Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 25% Refund 
Sept 23 Deadline to Have FAFSA Received by Federal Processor for Fall MN State Grant 
Oct 15-16  MN Education Days 
Oct 15  Foundation Scholarship Deadline 
Nov 1  Deadline to Apply for Graduation in Spring 2016
