Summer Semester 2015
June 1 - August 7

Summer Semester begins June 1, 2015.  Important dates, deadlines and links are for your convenience to help you get started and keep informed.

Make sure you have taken care of everything you need to before the start of the semester:
Tuition is due by May 8th, 2015
- if you have not submitted a FAFSA or made payment arrangements you could be dropped from your courses.

Students who have submitted a FAFSA will have a hold placed on their courses and the courses should not be dropped.  If financial aid is denied, students will need to self-pay or drop their courses.
Students are responsible for their course enrollment.  Students must go online and drop any course they do not wish to take.  Students not eligible for financial aid and do not drop their classes will be financially responsible.

***Student wanting to withdraw need to refer to the course schedule for individual course withdraw dates.**

  May 4  Summer Textbooks on Sale (includes online Financial Aid charging) 
  May 8  Summer Semester Tuition Due 
  May 9  Drop for Non-Payment 
  May 25  Memorial Day (No Classes/College Closed)
  May 26-June 5  Charge Books Against Financial Aid (In-Store) 
  May 29  PSEO Student-Course Materials/Textbook Return Due Date
  June 1  Summer Semester Begins 
  June 2  Final Drop for Non-Payment (Late Registration) 
  June 3-4  Book Buyback 
  June 5  Grant Census (For those who qualify; must be registered for Pell and State Grant eligibility) 
  June 5 Last Day to Drop with 100% Refund (Course reductions are withdrawals) 
  June 12  Financial Aid Disbursement 
  June 12  Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 50% refund 
  June 30 Deadline to have FAFSA received by Federal Processor for MN State Grant 
  July 1 Deadline to Apply for Graduation in Fall 
  July 3-5 Fourth of July - observance (No Classes/College Closed)
  Aug 7  Summer Semester Ends

In the event of a change, the college will attempt to accommodate students. It does not, however, guarantee that courses, activities or other college programs will be completed or rescheduled.

 

Fall Semester 2015
August 24 - December 18

Sept 21  Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 25% Refund 
Sept 23 Deadline to Have FAFSA Received by Federal Processor for Fall MN State Grant 
Oct 15-16  MN Education Days 
Nov 1  Deadline to Apply for Graduation in Spring 2016
