Summer Semester 2016   

May 31 - July 29

Summer Semester begins May 31, 2016.  Important dates, deadlines and links are for your convenience to help you get started and keep informed.     

Make sure you have taken care of everything you need to before the start of the semester.

Tuition is due by May 9, 2016 - if you have not submitted a FAFSA or made payment arrangements you could be dropped from your courses.

Students who have submitted a FAFSA will have a hold placed on their courses and the courses should not be dropped.  If financial aid is denied, students will need to self-pay or drop their courses by the ADD/DROP deadline.

Students are responsible for their course enrollment.  Students must go onlne and drop any course they do not wish to take.  Students not eligible for financial aid and do not drop their classes will be financially responsible.

***Students wanting to withdraw need to refer to the course schedule for individual course withdraw dates.***

Jun 1 - 2  Book Buyback 
Jun 6 Grant Census (For Those Who Qualify; Must be Registered for Pell Eligibility) 
Jun 6  Last Day to Drop with 100% Refund (course Reductions are Withdrawals) 
Jun 6 Appealing/Re-appealing Financial Aid Suspension only for Summer, 2016 
Jun 7  Final Drop for Non-Payment (Late Registration) 
Jun 17  Financial Aid Disbursement of Overages 
Jun 13  Last Day to Totally Withdraw with 50% Refund 
Jun 29  Deadline to Have FAFSA Received by Federal Processor for MN State Grant 
Jul 1  Deadline to Apply for Graduation in Fall 
Jul 3-4  Holiday Observed/College Closed
Jul 29  Summer Semester Ends 

Fall Semester 2016

August 22 - December 16

Anoka-Ramsey Community College reserves the right to make necessary changes
to the college calendar.

In the event of a change, the college will attempt to accomodate students.  It does
not however, guarantee that courses, activities or other college programs will be 
completed or rescheduled.
