Credits toward an Associate’s Degree
Students can also complete courses more slowly by taking one or two evening classes a week to earn credits to put towards an associate of arts degree.
Credits taken will transfer within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system and may be applied to meet the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum requirements and four-year institution general education requirements for a bachelor’s degree at the following locations: Foley, Forest Lake, Lindstrom, Lino Lakes.

Not only can you select a location close to home or work, classes are offered in 16-week, on-location formats (Math), 14-week semester hybrid (partially on-location, partially online) formats (English Writing, Geology) or 10-week hybrid (partially on-location, partially online) moderately-accelerated semester formats (Art, Biology, Career Development, Economics, English Literature, Geography, History, Health, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology).
