Anoka-Ramsey Community College Golden Rams Men’s Basketball Player of the Week

Anoka-Ramsey Community College Men’s Basketball player Trey Scott was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for the week of Jan. 4 - 10. This is the second time Scott has received the honor.

Scott, a freshman guard from Spring Lake Park, averaged 31 points and 5.5 steals in the Golden Rams’ two games.  He had 25 points and four steals against Ridgewater College, and 37 points and seven steals against St. Cloud Technical College.

Scott leads the Golden Rams in scoring with 17.4 points per game, good for sixth in the MCAC Southern Division.  He leads the Southern Division with 4.1 steals per game.

The Golden Rams are 8-8 on the season, 1-1 in the MCAC after defeating Riverland Community College Wednesday night.  They face MSCTC-Fergus Falls, Saturday, Jan. 16, 3 p.m. in the Anoka-Ramsey Community College Gymnasium.
