Counselors are able to provide you with short-term support for a variety of concerns including:
Abuse, anxiety, assertiveness, chemical abuse, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual orientation, stress management, time management, life transitions and wellness.
Our counselors are also prepared to offer recommendations and referrals for mental health support services, should you desire on-going care.
How Are You Feeling?
Mental health is a key part of your overall health. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional - they are a checkup from your neck up.
We are happy to provide a free online brief mental health screening. This program is completely anonymous and confidential, and immediately following the brief questionnaire you will see your results, recommendations, and key resources.
