Personal Counseling

Counselors are able to provide you with short-term support for a variety of concerns including:

Abuse, anxiety, assertiveness, chemical abuse, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual  orientation, stress management, time management, life transitions and wellness.

Our counselors are also prepared to offer recommendations and referrals for mental health support services, should you desire on-going care.

Are you considering if a college counselor could be of help?

If you answer “yes” to any of the following questions you may want to make an appointment with a member of our Counseling Staff.

  • Are you experiencing personal issues that make concentrating on your coursework difficult?
  • Do you lack confidence in your ability to be successful in college?
  • Are you questioning if you may be experiencing symptoms of stress, depression and/or anxiety?

Stop at the Information Desk on both campuses or call 763-433-1840 (Cambridge) or 763-433-1240 (Coon Rapids) for a free, confidential appointment.
