Undergraduate Research Celebrated at Anoka-Ramsey Community College
May 08, 2018
Anoka-Ramsey Community College hosted its third annual Student Outstanding Scholarship, Creative Activities and Research Symposium (OSCARS) Wednesday, April 25 at the Coon Rapids Campus, and Wednesday, May 2 at the Cambridge Campus.
The event provided a forum for spectators to gain insight on a wide range of interdisciplinary works. Sample works included diverse themes from grief management, to antibiotic resistance and unique musical compositions.
A culmination of exceptional research and acquired skills, the OSCARS provided students with the opportunity to work closely with faculty mentors in an academic subject. Outstanding entries into the competition received first place recognition in three categories.
