1. PURPOSE
This policy is designed to provide for the effective and efficient use of Anoka-Ramsey property and facilities.
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Anoka-Ramsey Community College facilities are primarily designed to serve the educational functions associated with the College. College functions take precedence over all other uses of College property and facilities, and any use of campus facilities by students or recognized student groups, non-affiliated organizations or other individuals must not interfere with the educational operations of the College.
3. USE OF SPACE
In addition to college business and activities, Anoka-Ramsey Community College will make its facilities available for community use in support of cultural events, community meetings, and other activities subject to the criteria in Procedure 5E.1/11.
Applicable rental rates and associated service fees may be assessed. Users may be required to provide proof of acceptable insurance coverage.
