Graduating students of the Anoka-Ramsey Community College visual arts program will be featured in a fine art exhibition entitled Under the Spotlight. The student work will be on display in the Anoka-Ramsey Visual Arts Building from March 29 through April 26, 2018. Scholars at Anoka-Ramsey are eligible to receive up to $7,500 per year for two years.
