Anoka-Ramsey Welcomes Dean of Academic Operations
March 17, 2025
Anoka-Ramsey Community College is delighted to welcome Farfum Ladroma as its new Dean of Academic Operations. In his role he provides strategic and tactical support to other Anoka-Ramsey academic deans, overseeing the college’s academic scheduling, First-Year Experience program and Z-Degree initiatives.
Most recently, Ladroma served as the Dean of Student Success at Pine Technical and Community College (PTCC). In his role at PTCC, he managed student services, including advising, financial aid, Title IX, records, library services, mental health, equity and inclusion, institutional research, and compliance. He played an active role in PTCC’s Curriculum and Assessment committees to ensure programs align with accreditation, the U.S. Department of Education for financial aid eligibility and veterans benefits.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies: Development with minors in French and Spanish from the University of Iowa. He also holds a Master of Public Administration: Government Emphasis from Upper Iowa University. Ladroma is also a returned Peace Corps volunteer who served in Tonga.
Ladroma says he’s looking forward to the new opportunity and the opportunity to connect with Anoka-Ramsey’s communities in Cambridge and Coon Rapids.
“I look forward to learning, growing and supporting Anoka-Ramsey campus initiatives,” he says. “I'm also excited to meet and be inspired by ARCC professionals and students.”
