DATE CHANGE: 8th Annual Anoka-Ramsey Community College Earth-Friendly Fair now on May 5

Due to the expected inclement weather, the 8th Annual Anoka-Ramsey Community College Earth-Friendly Fair has been RESCHEDULED to May 5.
Anoka-Ramsey Community College Cambridge Campus encourages the community to attend the 8th Annual Earth-Friendly Fair, Saturday, May 5, 11 am to 2:30 pm, in the auditorium, G202.
This free event’s theme “The Tree in Me” features “The Wonder of the Forest”, a presentation by Eli Sagor, an Associate Extension Professor at the University of Minnesota. Sagor manages the Sustainable Forests Education Cooperative based at the Cloquet Forestry Center. His programming addresses forest ecology and management, with a focus on resilience. His programs are designed to both convey content and build learning networks and connections that lead to real on-the-ground change. He currently is chairman of the Minnesota Society of American Forester.
Along with presentations and a raffle with prizes, there will be activities such as:
- baby farms animals
- Kid Power with Rachael Kroog, Minnesota's only interactive music and educational animal show with an emphasis on kindness
- a performance by a theater group from the Arts and Science Academy
